Kiley integrates mindfulness and meditation into her practice, drawing on her experience since 1967 and teachings from spiritual leaders like Ram Dass and Bhante Gunaratana. Her journey includes living in France and later settling in Virginia, where she now enjoys life as a grandmother in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
